You have come to this page wanting to know who makes up our company, the upper management and how we operate – well, we operate from the bottom rung all the way up and from the top down too. So, rather than use this page to highlight the CEO, or our Controller and leave out the most important people to our team which are usually left out, we will just tell you a little about how we operate and about our great staff as a whole.
We are a leaders last company – our employees are everything to us. Our CEO and top staff will answer the phones if needed and we all have the mentality that no one is above anyone else, we are all a team and will operate as one unit.
Our staff is all well educated and degreed depending on position, sometimes we find a diamond in the rough going through school that fits our culture and we take a chance, those chances so far have worked out well for us. We have long term employees, and those employees care about our clients.
We have a fun working environment – if you pop in our office you may find us taking a break from the day to day and telling jokes in the hallways. You will likely always find our staff in jeans or other comfortable clothes as we encourage them to be comfortable a t work. We also don’t believe in a “business casual” or “jeans Friday” or a dress code overall – we are here to get a job done, so we aren’t too much worried about how we look doing it, it is about the work, and we have found work is much better done in a comfortable environment.
Each one of our staff contributes to the success of our clients in their own way. When our clients ask “who will I be working with” – the answer is always “many of us” and that answer is true. Our front desk person plays just as critical a role in your success as our Controller or our CEO does – we all partake in the success and take it very seriously and share in the joys when there are milestones met.
